You will also help build a consistent LinkedIn presence for Stäubli Robotics in North America by coordinating content, capturing moments from the field and collaborating with internal subject-matter experts. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with sales, product teams, global marketing colleagues, agencies, and event partners.

Reports to:

  • Manage event logistics, including booth requirements, exhibitor services, vendor coordination, shipping, equipment and literature, registrations, sponsorship deliverables, promotional items and onsite support.

  • Support booth setup and teardown, onsite execution and issue resolution, while ensuring a professional and consistent brand experience.
  • Develop pre-event promotion plans and coordinate invitations, attendee outreach, meeting scheduling and internal event communications.
  • Lead post-event follow-up coordination, including lead organization, CRM handoff, sales follow-up tasks, and recap reporting.
  • Track event budgets, invoices, purchase orders, lead results, meetings, and other performance indicators to help evaluate event effectiveness.
  • Maintain event calendars, planning templates, vendor files, shipping records, and repeatable processes that improve execution across the program.
  • Support internal sales meetings, training events, and business conferences as needed.

LinkedIn & Social Media

  • Coordinate the North American LinkedIn content calendar for Stäubli Robotics, aligning posts with trade shows, product news, customer stories, industry topics and regional priorities.
  • Draft and schedule clear, credible LinkedIn posts that reflect the voice of a technical B2B brand and resonate with manufacturers, engineers, system integrators and automation professionals.
  • Capture and organize event-based content, including photos, short videos, booth highlights, demonstrations, employee perspectives, and customer engagement moments.
  • Interview sales, engineering and product subject-matter experts and translate their insights into approachable social content.
  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, revisions and publishing timelines with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Monitor LinkedIn engagement and content performance, identify practical takeaways and recommend topics or formats to strengthen future content.
  • Support employee advocacy by providing suggested copy and content that team members can share through their professional networks.
  • Maintain an organized library of approved social assets, photography, video clips, and event content.

Marketing Coordination & Content Support

  • Coordinate supporting materials for events and social campaigns, including presentations, videos, signage, invitations, handouts and customer-facing communications.
  • Work with agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and other external partners to keep projects on brand, on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate campaign and event records in CRM and related marketing systems.
  • Assist with regional marketing budgets, purchase orders, project administration, and performance reporting.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
