Your purpose at Stanley/Stella

At Stanley/Stella, we create premium apparel with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and responsible production. We work with brands, creators, decorators, entrepreneurs, and distributors who want products that combine great design with a lower environmental impact.

As we continue to grow in the United States, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to help strengthen our presence, engage our community, and connect more customers with our network of distributors, decorators, and Official Dealers.

This role sits at the intersection of brand building, content creation, community engagement, and demand generation. You'll help grow Stanley/Stella's visibility and relevance in the US market by creating compelling content, building relationships across the industry, managing social media channels, and supporting campaigns that generate awareness and business opportunities.

You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Creative teams, and Global Communications while connecting with creators, decorators, printers, agencies, and partners across the industry.

Your role and impact

Social Media & Community Building

  • Develop and execute Stanley/Stella's US social media strategy across channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Grow audience engagement and encourage meaningful community participation.
  • Build relationships with decorators, creators, entrepreneurs, agencies, and industry influencers.
  • Stay informed on market trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities.

Content Planning & Production

  • Own the US content calendar and ensure content supports business priorities, campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners to produce photography, video, educational content, and social-first assets.
  • Adapt global campaigns and content for US audiences.
  • Capture and coordinate content creation at trade shows, customer visits, showroom events, product launches, and partner activations.

Creator & Industry Partnerships

  • Build relationships with creators, decorators, printers, agencies, influencers, Official Dealers, and industry organizations.
  • Develop collaborative content initiatives and partnership campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to encourage user-generated content.
  • Strengthen brand credibility through authentic engagement with relevant communities.

Paid Media Management

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage audience targeting, campaign structure, testing plans, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance against awareness, engagement, lead generation, and return-on-investment goals.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and test new approaches, formats, and channels.

Email Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and execute email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
  • Support communication around product launches, events, commercial initiatives, and partner programs.
  • Help ensure a consistent message across all marketing channels.
  • Work with Sales teams to support lead generation and campaign follow-up activities.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Support marketing automation initiatives through HubSpot.
  • Build and improve audience segmentation and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Develop automated customer journeys aligned with different stages of the buying process.
  • Monitor lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and conversion performance.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report on social media, content, and campaign performance.
  • Turn data into practical recommendations and actions.
  • Measure content effectiveness, audience growth, lead generation, and campaign results.
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, content creation, reporting, and campaign management.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.

About you

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven success managing both organic social media and paid digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the US digital, social media, and creator landscape.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and external partners.
  • Experience with premium apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and community building.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, particularly within Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • Ability to use data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and inform decisions.
  • Strong storytelling, content creation, and creative briefing capabilities.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve content development, campaign management, and productivity.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in US English.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:

  • Increase Stanley/Stella's visibility, engagement, and share of voice across key US audiences.
  • Build and nurture a strong network of creators, decorators, distributors, dealers, and industry partners.
  • Deliver content and campaigns that generate audience growth, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Continuously improve the performance of social, paid media, email, and automation initiatives through testing and optimization.
  • Strengthen the connection between brand marketing activities and commercial results.
  • Establish Stanley/Stella as a trusted and relevant brand within the US apparel decoration and promotional products community.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
