Jobomschrijving

Als Freight Forwarder Export Air Freight ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledig beheren van exportzendingen via luchtvracht. Je zorgt ervoor dat transportopdrachten efficiënt, kwaliteitsvol en klantgericht worden uitgevoerd, van aanvraag tot facturatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Openen, registreren en verwerken van transportboekingen en dossiers.
  • Boeken van luchtvrachtzendingen bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen.
  • Volledig beheren van expeditiedossiers van opstart tot facturatie.
  • Correct beheren en toepassen van transportdocumenten en wettelijke vergunningen.
  • Opstellen en verwerken van douane-instructies.
  • Organiseren van afhalingen en ophalingen via interne afdelingen of externe transportpartners.
  • Actief opvolgen van zendingen tot levering op de eindbestemming.
  • Coördineren en oplossen van operationele uitdagingen tijdens het transportproces.
  • Garanderen van een correcte naleving van de Freight Monitor Compliance-richtlijnen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als Freight Forwarder binnen export luchtvracht.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld op vlak van werkuren en taken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht, ook onder druk.
  • Kennis van Incoterms
  • Kennis IATA
  • Kennis DG
  • Inzicht van luchtvrachtactiviteiten op Brucargo
  • Spreek- en schrijfvaardigheid in zowel Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Kennis van Cargowise is een surplus!
