Word jij de verkeersleider achter honderden transporten?

Hou jij ervan om puzzels op te lossen, het overzicht te bewaren en ervoor te zorgen dat alles op wieltjes loopt? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou!

Voor onze klant in Zeebrugge zoeken we een Transportplanner die dagelijks mee de touwtjes in handen neemt van een indrukwekkend Europees transportnetwerk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs, opleggers en transporten perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en net dát geeft jou energie.

Jouw uitdaging

Na een grondige onboarding neem je stap voor stap de regie over jouw eigen transportplanning.

Je dag bestaat uit:

  • Het plannen en opvolgen van transportcombinaties.
  • Het aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs.
  • Het bewaken van laad- en lostijden.
  • Het optimaal inzetten van beschikbare middelen.
  • Het snel schakelen wanneer onverwachte situaties opduiken.
  • Het respecteren van rij- en rusttijden en wettelijke verplichtingen.

Kortom: jij bent de persoon die ervoor zorgt dat alles blijft bewegen.

Wie zoeken we?

Je hoeft geen kapitein te zijn om deze logistieke vloot in goede banen te leiden, maar je houdt wel van structuur in een dynamische omgeving.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als planner binnen transport of logistiek.
  • Je denkt analytisch en houdt moeiteloos het overzicht.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent sterk met digitale tools en systemen.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en laat je niet snel uit je lood slaan.
  • Je communiceert vlot met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
