Deine Aufgaben

Die Start2 Group sucht einen Program Manager für Deep-Tech-Programme der Gateway Factory, um ambitionierte Startups auf ihrem Weg zum internationalen Scaleup zu unterstützen und ein einzigartiges Partnerökosystem aktiv zu gestalten. Die Gateway Factory ist der europäische Deep-Tech Hub im Rheinland. Die Rolle trägt Verantwortung im Programmmanagement und verbindet dabei Programmdesign, Startup-Coaching, operative Steuerung und Stakeholder-Management.

1. Programmdesign & -umsetzung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Entwicklung und Durchführung von Deep-Tech-Programmen zu Themen wie Scaling Readiness, Investor Readiness und Customer Discovery & Validation
  • Übersetzung von Markttrends, Technologiethemen und Best Practices in relevante Workshop- und Lernformate
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Programmablaufs der Startups – von Onboarding über Betreuung bis hin zur Graduation

2. Startup-Coaching & Begleitung

  • Zentrale fachliche Begleitung der teilnehmenden Startups in ihren Wachstums- und Entwicklungsthemen
  • Moderation und Durchführung von Workshop-Sessions, Mentor*innen-Matchings und strategischen Gesprächsformaten
  • Konsolidierung und Analyse der Programm-Erkenntnisse sowie des Startup- und Mentor*innen-Feedbacks

3. Operatives Projekt- & Prozessmanagement (PMO)

  • Strukturierung, Priorisierung und Koordination aller Programmaktivitäten
  • Einsatz moderner Tools (z. B. HubSpot, Notion, Claude) zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Pflege zentraler Programmkennzahlen und Datenbanken zur Erfolgsmessung

4. Stakeholder- & Netzwerkmanagement

  • Aufbau und Pflege eines relevanten Netzwerks mit Mentor*innen, Investor*innen und Partnern im nationalen und internationalen Innovationsökosystem
  • Identifikation und Ansprache geeigneter europäischer Startups und Partnerorganisationen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für externe Stakeholder, inkl. Präsentationen und Repräsentanz des Programms

5. Community, Kommunikation & Events

  • Aufbau und Pflege einer aktiven Programm-Community durch strukturierte Kommunikation und gezielten Wissensaustausch
  • Unterstützung bei Eventplanung und -durchführung
  • Professionelle Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung in Startup-, Innovations- oder Entrepreneurship-Programmen bzw. vergleichbaren unternehmerischen Dienstleistungen
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Steuerung von Programmen oder Projekten, von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Startup-/Deep-Tech-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Gründungs- und Coachingerfahrung
  • Sicheres Verständnis für Skalierungsherausforderungen von Startups
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk in der deutschen und europäischen Startup- und Investment-Community
  • Sehr starke Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar zu strukturieren und alle Stakeholder zu alignen
  • Hohe Proaktivität, ausgeprägte Ownership-Mentalität, Lösungsorientierung und Resilienz
  • Leidenschaft für Deep Tech, Entrepreneurship und die Begleitung junger Startup-Teams
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Klare Teamorientierung und Freude an kollaborativer Arbeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau; gute Englischkenntnisse im beruflichen Kontext
  • Bereitschaft zur standortgebundenen Arbeit in Düsseldorf/Köln
  • Erfahrung mit Programmdaten, Reporting oder KPI-Monitoring
  • Reisebereitschaft bis zu 10 % innerhalb Deutschlands
