Deine Aufgaben

Deine Mission Als Startup Engagement Manager übernimmst du die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Identifikation, Aktivierung, Qualifizierung und Gewinnung von vielversprechenden deutschen Startups für unsere internationalen Skalierungsprogramme. Du verbindest strategisches Beratungsdenken mit kommerzieller Verantwortung: Vom ersten Gespräch bis zur hochwertigen Bewerbung begleitest du Gründer:innen durch den Evaluierungsprozess und agierst als ihre erste vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson innerhalb von German Accelerator & Start2 Group. Die Rolle umfasst sowohl Inbound- als auch Outbound-Elemente. Du arbeitest mit durch Scouting qualifizierten Leads und aktivierst proaktiv relevante Startups im Ökosystem. Der Fokus liegt auf dem Aufbau einer qualitativ hochwertigen und strategisch ausgerichteten Pipeline. Von dir wird ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit erwartet – du gestaltest deinen Engagement-Ansatz selbst und trägst Verantwortung für die Conversion-Ergebnisse.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Startup-Engagement-Funnel vom Erstkontakt bis zur Bewerbung
  • Durchführung strategischer Qualifizierungsgespräche und Bewertung der internationalen Skalierungsreife
  • Beratung von Gründer:innen hinsichtlich Programm-Fit und globaler Wachstumsstrategien
  • Gewinnung (Closing) von High-Potential-Startups für die passenden Programme
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Scouting- und Programm-Teams
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Engagement-Strategie und Qualifizierungslogik
  • Repräsentation des German Accelerator in relevanten Ökosystem-Umfeldern

Dein Profil

  • 2–6 Jahre Erfahrung im Startup-Ökosystem, Business Development, Accelerator, VC oder in Growth-Rollen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im beziehungsbasierten Vertrieb und im Closing
  • Starkes Verständnis für Skalierungsdynamiken von Startups
  • Souverän in eigenständigen Gesprächen mit Stakeholdern (inkl. C-Level-Gründer:innen)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise HubSpot)
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk im deutschen Startup-Ökosystem ist ein starkes Plus
  • Hohes Maß an Ownership und unternehmerisches Mindset

Du bist nicht:

  • Ein reines Outbound-Sales-Profil mit Fokus auf Anrufvolumen
  • Eine rein strategische Beratungsperson ohne kommerzielle Verantwortung

  • Kaufmännisch stark und zugleich gründerorientiert
  • Strukturiert, analytisch und ergebnisorientiert
  • Souverän im selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Motiviert durch Wirkung (Impact), nicht durch Aktivitätskennzahlen

Für diese Position werden sehr gute, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse vorausgesetzt.
