Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • O Analista de Qualidade é o responsável por garantir validação de requisitos de desenvolvimento, considerando os aspectos técnicos e de negócio. Ele deve avaliar a qualidade das aplicações e a experiência do usuário, bem como construir e automatizar testes de software, incluindo testes funcionais, performance e integração, com foco na entrega contínua.
  • Trabalha em par com os desenvolvedores para construção de aplicações sem gaps técnicos, ajudando os mesmos com as melhores práticas de codificação, garantindo aplicações de alta qualidade, além de auxiliar os demais membros do time em tarefas que estejam impactando a conclusão do Sprint.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Experiência em planejamento e execução de testes manuais;
  • Capacidade de interpretação e validação de requisitos;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas/frameworks de teste (Selenium IDE, Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, SoapUI, TestLink, RedMine, etc.);
  • Experiência/Conhecimento com automação de testes e ferramentas de testes automatizados, utilizando Java;
  • Testes de Performance e Carga;
  • Noções em TDD (Test Driven Development);
  • Conhecimento em integração contínua e análise estática de código fonte;
  • Experiência com ferramentas Jenkins, Sonar, Sonarlint etc.;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais, banco de dados, desenvolvimento de software;
  • Experiência com Métodos Ágeis, Lean e entrega contínua.
