The posting

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Representante Comercial da Starta, com foco na abertura de novos clientes e geração de oportunidades de negócio.

A atuação será voltada principalmente para empresas dos segmentos financeiro, saúde, seguros e cooperativas, conectando potenciais clientes às soluções da Starta em tecnologia, desenvolvimento de produtos digitais e outsourcing.

A remuneração será 100% variável por comissão, vinculada aos negócios gerados e fechados.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar novos clientes e oportunidades B2B;
  • Identificar empresas e decisores aderentes ao perfil de cliente da Starta;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com gestores, lideranças e tomadores de decisão;
  • Identificar dores e necessidades relacionadas à tecnologia, transformação digital, automação e eficiência operacional;
  • Apresentar a Starta e seu portfólio de produtos e serviços;
  • Desenvolver e qualificar leads, realizando uma pré-venda consultiva;
  • Gerar oportunidades para desenvolvimento de software sob medida, produtos digitais, automação/IA, cloud e outsourcing de profissionais e squads;
  • Encaminhar as oportunidades qualificadas para a gestão comercial da Starta, responsável pela continuidade da negociação e fechamento;
  • Acompanhar os contatos e oportunidades desenvolvidos até a passagem para o time comercial;
  • Representar a Starta de forma alinhada ao posicionamento e às diretrizes comerciais da empresa.

Portfólio de atuação:

  • Starta Outsourcing: alocação de profissionais e squads de tecnologia;
  • Starta Build: desenvolvimento de produtos digitais e software sob medida;
  • IA e automação de processos;
  • produtos digitais próprios da Starta;
  • soluções voltadas ao mercado de saúde, financeiro e de seguros;
  • serviços e soluções de Cloud.
  • Experiência comprovada em vendas consultivas B2B para consultorias de tecnologia, software houses, fábricas de software, outsourcing de TI ou serviços tecnológicos similares;
  • Experiência com prospecção, abertura e desenvolvimento de novos clientes;
  • Carteira própria de relacionamentos comerciais, com acesso a gestores e tomadores de decisão em empresas de médio e grande porte;
  • Experiência prévia com clientes dos segmentos financeiro, saúde, seguros e/ou cooperativas;
  • Vivência na comercialização de serviços e soluções de tecnologia;
  • Perfil hunter, com capacidade de criar novas oportunidades a partir da própria rede e de prospecção ativa;
  • Experiência em relacionamento com gestores de negócio, tecnologia, operações, inovação e diretorias;
  • Capacidade de conduzir uma pré-venda consultiva, entendendo a necessidade do cliente e identificando oportunidades aderentes ao portfólio da Starta;
  • Boa leitura de negócio e comunicação executiva;
  • Experiência com ciclos de venda B2B complexos e soluções customizadas;
  • Autonomia, organização e capacidade de acompanhar os leads desenvolvidos;
  • Registro regular no CORE, ou disponibilidade para regularização conforme as condições previstas para a representação comercial.
