Startale Appを中心にStartaleのプロダクトが、どうやってユーザーに届き、定着し、伸びていくかをいう上流工程から下流まで全体を担っていただきます。広報や PR の仕事ではありません。ファネル・実験・数字の中に居続け、プロダクトと機能を市場に出し、ユーザーを増やし、ユーザーインサイトを「数字を動かすマーケティング」に変える仕事です。

Startale App はローンチ直後の急成長フェーズで、数百万ユーザー、その先の数億人を見据えています。その成長エンジンを、一番早いステージから一緒に作ります。

マーケティング・規制・プロダクトの交差点にも立ちます。クリプト・ステーブルコイン・金融商品をめぐる日本の規制環境を理解し、規制側と直接対話し、Product と連携して、日本市場で実際に成立する形でローンチをデリバリーします。

レポートラインは Head of Marketing & Growth。勤務地は東京（ハイブリッド）で、日本在住が必須です。仕事のスケールに応じて、自分でチームを組成していく余地もあります。

このポジションの魅力

仕事内容

  • プロダクト Go-to-Market: Startale App のローンチ・新機能の go-to-market 戦略。ポジショニング、メッセージング、ユーザーが実際に感じる価値の設計。Product・Design・Community を束ね、一貫した一つのローンチにする
  • グロースマーケティング: 獲得・活性化・エンゲージメント・リテンションを、オーガニック／コミュニティ／ペイドを横断して実行。Product と組んでオンボーディングとユーザージャーニーを磨き、ファネルの転換を上げ続ける。実験・A/B テストを設計し、結果で判断する
  • プロダクトマーケティング: 技術的なアップデートを、ユーザーが理解して動けるコンテンツに翻訳（LP・ブログ・メール・SNS・アプリ内・発表文）。競合調査とユーザーインサイトでポジショニングを研ぎ続ける
  • アナリティクス & 実験: ローンチ・キャンペーンの成果を、バニティ指標ではなくプロダクトグロース指標とオンチェーン指標で計測。ファネルの漏れを可視化して手を打ち、意思決定に使える示唆を Product と全体に返す
  • 規制対応と日本デリバリー: クリプト・ステーブルコイン・金融商品をめぐる日本の規制環境を把握し、規制側と直接対話する。Product と連携して要件を GTM・メッセージング・キャンペーンに翻訳し、日本市場で実際にローンチできる形でデリバリーする（後工程で規制の壁に当たらないようにする）
  • クロスファンクショナル: PdM・デザイナー・コミュニティと日々連携し、刺さるローンチを出す。プロダクトと全チャネルでメッセージと体験を一貫させる

必須要件

社会人経験4〜7年、日本在住・日本語ネイティブ、かつ英語力ビジネスレベル以上の方で、以下を満たすこと（社内公用語は英語）

  • デジタルプロダクト（できればコンシューマーアプリ）における Product / Growth / Digital マーケティングの実務経験
  • デジタルプロダクトや機能のローンチを、企画から実行まで最後までやり切った経験。何を仕掛け、獲得・ファネル・売上のどの指標がどれだけ動いたかを、自分の意思決定として語れること
  • GTM 戦略とプロダクトポジショニングの確かな理解
  • オーガニック／コミュニティ／ペイドを横断したグロースキャンペーンの実行経験
  • 数字で判断する姿勢: キャンペーン成果とユーザー行動を計測し、データで軌道修正できること
  • 一発で伝わる文章力と、複数プロジェクトを速いペースで並行して回すコミュニケーション力

  • 規制制約下でのマーケティング・GTM の実行経験（日本の Fintech・クリプト）
  • ブロックチェーン・デジタルアセット・ウォレット・dApp への理解
