Was dich erwartet

  • Abschluss-Profi: Du erstellst eigenständig Einzel- und Konzernabschlüsse (monatlich, quartalsweise, jährlich) nach HGB und IFRS – in Abstimmung mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und internen Fachabteilungen.
  • Konsolidierungs-Kopf: Du verantwortest die Konzernkonsolidierung, harmonisierst Kontenpläne, Bewertungsmethoden und Bilanzierungsrichtlinien und sorgst für eine transparente Berichterstattung auf Konzernebene.
  • SAP-Mitgestalter:in: Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des SAP S/4HANA Group Reportings ein und übernimmst bei Bedarf die Rolle als Key User für SAP FI/CO.
  • Planungs-Partner:in: Du entwickelst und pflegst die integrierte Budget- und Mittelfristplanung, analysierst Plan-Ist-Abweichungen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Zahlen-Übersetzer:in: Du erstellst Management-Reports, KPI-Analysen und Kennzahlenberichte (z. B. Stationsergebnisrechnung) und bereitest sie entscheidungsreif fürs Management auf.
  • Digitalisierungs-Treiber:in: Du wirkst bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von BI-Systemen mit – von der Migration auf SAP S/4HANA bis zur SAP Analytics Cloud und Power-BI-Dashboards.
  • Sparringspartner:in: Du erarbeitest fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen und Business Cases für die Geschäftsleitung und arbeitest eng mit Controlling, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Operations zusammen.

Job Requirements

Damit überzeugst du uns

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Controlling, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen / Group Accounting oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung mit Fokus auf Konzernabschlüsse.
  • Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS sowie Know-how in der Konsolidierung mit SAP (z. B. SAP Group Reporting, BPC oder vergleichbare Tools).
  • Tools: Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, praktische Erfahrung mit Access und Power BI von Vorteil.
  • Arbeitsweise: Analytisch, strukturiert und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau).
