Le Gestionnaire de projets dans l’équipe Produit planifie, exécute et clôture des projets de développement de produits et d'amélioration continue du portefeuille STAS. Contrairement à un gestionnaire de projet orienté livraison client, il évolue dans un contexte de développement interne: le Product Manager mène le business case, la stratégie et le pré-study, puis le Gestionnaire de projets prend en charge la réalisation, la validation, la pré-commercialisation et le transfert vers les ventes. Il doit livrer avec des ressources partagées entre plusieurs priorités d'affaires et composer avec des partenaires externes qui exercent une pression importante sur les échéanciers pour soutenir le lancement au marché.

Ton quotidien :

-Planifier, exécuter et clôturer les projets PMC de développement de nouveaux produits, d'amélioration de produits existants ou de pré-commercialisation. -Mobiliser et coordonner les équipes de projet multidisciplinaires aux ressources partagées -Gérer le budget, l'échéancier, les ressources et l'avancement global en tenant compte des priorités concurrentes. -Piloter les risques, les changements de portée, les dépendances externes et les enjeux de validation et de mise en marché. -Assurer la communication organisationnelle, l'alignement avec les partenaires externes et le transfert vers les équipes concerné

Tu possèdes : -Baccalauréat en gestion de projet, en génie ou dans un domaine connexe avec expérience pertinente. -Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement en développement de produits, en industrialisation ou en environnement manufacturier. -Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. -Bilinguisme français-anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

-Connaissance du secteur manufacturier; l'industrie de l'aluminium, les environnements de développement de produits et les dynamiques de lancement constituent des atouts.
