Nous cherchons un Chef du bureau des offres qui pilotera l'ensemble du processus de soumission pour les opportunités stratégiques de STAS. Il assureras la qualité, la conformité, la compétitivité et la gouvernance des offres tout en développant une petite équipe et des standards de classe mondiale.

Ton quotidien :

  • Diriger le processus de soumission de bout en bout pour les opportunités stratégiques, du cadrage initial jusqu'à la soumission finale.
  • Animer la gouvernance commerciale : qualification, Go/No Go, revues de solution, revues de risques et sign-off final.
  • Challenger la robustesse techno-commerciale des offres avec les ventes, l'ingénierie, les opérations et la finance.
  • Encadrer et développer une petite équipe du bureau des offres.
  • Structurer les outils, bibliothèques de contenu, indicateurs et routines d'amélioration continue.

Tu possèdes :

  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, administration, gestion de projet ou autre domaine pertinent, ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
  • 7 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en soumissions, propositions, estimation, vente technique ou gestion pré-award dans un environnement industriel ou manufacturier technique.
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipe
  • Capacité à comprendre des solutions techniques, des modèles de coûts, des échéanciers, des risques et des engagements contractuels.
  • Bilinguisme français anglais essentiel
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM, ERP, suite Office et outils de suivi.
  • La connaissance du domaine de l'aluminium, des équipements lourds, de l'EPC ou une certification APMP constitue un atout important.

We are seeking a Head of Proposals Office who will oversee the entire bidding process for STAS’s strategic opportunities. The successful candidate will ensure the quality, compliance, competitiveness, and governance of proposals while developing a small team and establishing world-class standards.

Your day-to-day:

  • Lead the end-to-end proposal process for strategic opportunities, from initial scoping to final submission.
  • Facilitate commercial governance: qualification, Go/No-Go decisions, solution reviews, risk reviews, and final sign-off.
  • Challenge the techno-commercial robustness of proposals in collaboration with sales, engineering, operations, and finance.
  • Manage and develop a small proposals office team.
  • Structure tools, content libraries, performance indicators, and continuous improvement routines.

You have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or another relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in bids, proposals, estimating, technical sales, or pre-award management in a technical industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Team management experience.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions, cost models, schedules, risks, and contractual commitments.
  • Bilingualism in French and English (essential).
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems, the Microsoft Office suite, and tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of the aluminum industry, heavy equipment, EPC, or an APMP certification is a strong asset.
