Piloter la transformation des achats

  • Simplifier, structurer et faire évoluer les processus et outils.
  • Introduire une culture de performance et d’analyse de valeur.

Développer une équipe d’élite

  • Mobiliser, coacher et faire grandir des talents engagés.
  • Instaurer un climat d’autonomie, de responsabilisation et de collaboration.

Soutenir les décisions stratégiques

  • Outiller le directeur dans la recherche et l’intégration de nouveaux fournisseurs internationaux.
  • Gérer des fournisseurs clés et contribuer à la diversification de la base d’approvisionnement.

Maximiser l’efficacité opérationnelle

  • Suivre les KPI (prix, qualité, délais, fiabilité).
  • Aligner les achats avec les besoins de production, d’inventaire et de livraison.

Jouer un rôle central dans l’organisation

  • Travailler en synergie avec l'ensemble de l'organisation.
  • Participer aux projets transversaux pour améliorer la compétitivité de STAS.

Ce que nous recherchons

Ce qu’il vous faut :

  • DEC ou BAC en gestion des opérations, administration ou chaîne d’approvisionnement;
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe;
  • 5 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement, idéalement en milieu manufacturier;
  • Bilingue. Ce poste nécessite une maîtrise de l’anglais en raison des interactions régulières avec des clients et partenaires internationaux anglophones. L’anglais permet de fournir un service de qualité, de rédiger des documents commerciaux précis et de collaborer efficacement.
  • Un esprit rigoureux, structuré, et orienté résultats;
  • Un leadership mobilisateur, une facilité à naviguer entre stratégie et exécution;
  • Une culture client, et le goût de faire les choses autrement.

Ce qui serait un atout :
