Werk om trots op te zijn

Als directievoerder vertegenwoordig je de opdrachtgever en begeleid je het volledige uitvoeringsproces van onze projecten – vanaf de start op locatie tot en met de uiteindelijke oplevering en overdracht. Je bewaakt de maakbaarheid, haalbaarheid, planning en fasering van projecten en adviseert hierover in de voorbereiding. Tijdens de uitvoering zorg jij dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang gewaarborgd blijven en dat alle betrokken partijen effectief samenwerken.

Een dag als directievoerder

  • Je start je dag samen met de projectleider en projectcoördinator om de voortgang en bijzonderheden door te nemen.
  • Op de projectlocatie controleer je veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning en leg je bevindingen vast.
  • Je bespreekt afwijkingen met de uitvoerder van de aannemer en zoekt actief mee naar oplossingen.
  • Je stuurt bij waar nodig en rapporteert helder over de voortgang en contractafspraken.
  • Aan het einde van de dag werk je documentatie bij en bereid je de volgende projectbezoeken voor.

Alle financiële arbeidsvoorwaarden op een rij, weet je meteen waar je aan toe bent:

  • Een salaris van maximaal € 5086,- bruto per maand(schaal 6) of € 5622,- bruto per maand(schaal 7) als je 40 uur werkt.
  • Een persoonlijk budget van 24% bovenop je salaris (incl. vakantiegeld). Dat betekent maximaal € 1220,- extra salaris of tot 35,5 extra vakantiedagen. In onze rekentool zie je hoe het werkt.
  • 24,5 vakantiedagen en pensioenopbouw bij ABP waarbij wij 70% van de premie betalen

Daar komt dit nog bovenop:

  • Jaarlijks € 700 (bruto) om te besteden aan je eigen energie, bijvoorbeeld voor je sportabonnement of sportkleding.
  • Doorgroeien en ontwikkelen? Bij ons kan dat! Volg cursussen of opleidingen. Of groei door naar andere functies.

Vol energie vooruit met team Directievoering

Je komt terecht in het team Directievoering in Zeeland: een hecht en betrokken team waarin directe samenwerking centraal staat. Jij werkt intensief samen met andere directievoerders, projectcoördinatoren en projectleiders. De sfeer is open en collegiaal — er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is altijd ruimte om te sparren, te lachen en elkaar verder te helpen. Vanuit Heinenoord bezoek je regelmatig projecten in het veld.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, communiceert helder en schakelt soepel met alle betrokken partijen. Je behoudt overzicht, hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en weet onder druk toch de juiste keuzes te maken. Je bent resultaatgericht, oplossingsgericht en brengt partijen bij elkaar.

Verder heb je:

  • Een mbo 4-diploma in elektro/gastechniek, infratechniek of bereidheid dit te behalen.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de infrastructurele dienstverlening.
  • Minimaal een BEI- en VIAG THP aanwijzing, of bereid deze te behalen.
  • Ervaring met GSR, RAW contracten en UAV 2012.
