Als Uitvoerder draag je direct bij aan de energietransitie. Jij begeleidt teams bij het wisselen van slimme meters en het saneren, verzwaren en aanleggen van elektra aansluitingen. Je zorgt voor veiligheid, duidelijke instructies en een soepele uitvoering. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en organisatorische skills werk je iedere dag mee aan een toekomstbestendig energienet.

Werk om trots op te zijn

Onze monteurs werken aan uiteenlopende opdrachten, van slimme meter wissels tot saneringen en netaanpassingen. Je zorgt dat jouw monteurs veilig kunnen werken, dat certificeringen en arbeidsmiddelen op orde zijn en dat elke klus netjes wordt afgerond. Je adviseert over de beste technische oplossing en controleert het eindresultaat. Je bent zichtbaar op locatie en tegelijkertijd het aanspreekpunt voor planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Een dag als uitvoerder

  • Je begeleidt monteurs en ondersteunt hen bij technische vraagstukken.
  • Je houdt toezicht op veiligheidsprocedures en deelt actief jouw veiligheidskennis.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van het werk, controleert administratieve afhandeling en schakelt met werkverantwoordelijken en uitvoerders.
  • Je zorgt dat materiaal, middelen en certificeringen up to date zijn.

Alle financiële arbeidsvoorwaarden op een rij

  • Een salaris van maximaal € 5.086,19 bruto per maand (schaal 6) of maximaal € 5.622,62 bruto per maand (schaal 7) als je 40 uur werkt.
  • Een persoonlijk budget van 24% bovenop je salaris (incl. vakantiegeld). Dat betekent maximaal € 1196,- extra salaris of tot 35,5 extra vakantiedagen. In onze rekentool zie je hoe het werkt.
  • €80,- netto buitendienstvergoeding per maand. Zo zorgen wij ervoor dat je ook een lekkere kop koffie hebt tijdens je werk!

Daar komt dit nog bovenop:

  • Je krijgt een bedrijfsauto van ons. Zo zit je zelf achter het stuur van jouw werk! Naast je auto kan je voor woon-werk en zakelijk reizen ook gebruik maken van een ov-kaart. Met deze kaart reis je tweede klas op rekening van Stedin.
  • Jaarlijks € 700 (bruto) om te besteden aan je eigen energie, bijvoorbeeld voor je sportabonnement of nieuwe sportkleding.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken team in regio Utrecht, waar hard wordt gewerkt en veel wordt gelachen. Je bent veel onderweg, maar hebt ook je thuisbasis op kantoor in Utrecht, waar je samenwerkt met collega’s die voor je klaarstaan. Je voelt je snel onderdeel van de club.

Je bent iemand met overwicht en mensenkennis, die technisch sterk is en graag het goede voorbeeld geeft. Jij houdt overzicht en weet snel te schakelen, ook als situaties veranderen.

Verder heb je:

  • Een afgeronde mbo 4 opleiding in een technische richting.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar technische werkervaring.
  • Een VOL VCA en BHV certificaat.
  • Aantoonbare kennis van gas en/of elektra, of de bereidheid om beide te leren.
  • De bereidheid om het WV schap gas/elektra te behalen.
