Werk om trots op te zijn

Als junior engineer elektra draag je direct bij aan het betrouwbaar en duurzaam houden van het energienet. Je leert hoe je ontwerpen maakt die technisch kloppen, uitvoerbaar zijn én passen binnen de (complexe) wensen van onze klanten en de omgeving.

Een dag als Junior Net Engineer:

  • Met een koffie en het maken van nieuwe ontwerpen start je de dag, waarbij je meteen de technische vermogens berekend.
  • Je stemt af met stakeholders over ontwerpkeuzes, kostenefficiency en uitvoeringsmethoden.
  • Na de lunch voer je keuringen, testen en audits uit voor kwaliteitsborging.
  • Je spart in de middag met een aantal collega’s om klantvragen te vertalen naar technische oplossingen en aanlegmethodes.
  • Je deelt actief kennis binnen je team en denkt mee over verbeteringen.

Hier laad jij van op

Alle financiële arbeidsvoorwaarden op een rij, weet je meteen waar je aan toe bent:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.045,17 en € 5.622,62 (bij 40 uur), 24,5 vakantiedagen en pensioenopbouw bij ABP waarbij wij 70% van de premie betalen.
  • Een persoonlijk budget van 24% (incl. 8% vakantiegeld). Jij kiest: extra salaris of extra verlofdagen (tot max. 35,5 bovenop de 24,5 dag) In onze rekentool zie je hoe het werkt.
  • Jaarlijks €700,- (bruto) om te besteden aan je eigen energie, zoals sport of vitaliteit of het aflossen van je studieschuld.

Daar komt dit nog bovenop:

  • Moderne thuiswerkfaciliteiten en een thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,40 per dag. We werken 50% thuis en 50% op kantoor.
  • Reizen naar kantoor doe je met een OV-vrij abonnement waarmee je onbeperkt reist, óók privé. Of met de flexibele reisregeling, waarbij je zelf kiest, combineert en varieert hoe je naar je werk reist en een extra vergoeding krijgt als je met de fiets komt
  • Jouw ontwikkeling staat centraal: events bezoeken met collega’s en trainingen en opleidingen volgen. Zo haal jij het beste uit jezelf.

Vol energie vooruit met team Zakelijk Project Zuid

Je komt terecht in een hechte vakgroep van 35 engineers binnen Zakelijk Project Zuid. Je directe team bestaat uit 4 à 5 collega’s, waaronder een projectleider, net-engineer, werkvoorbereider en projectcoördinator. Er heerst een open en samenwerkingsgerichte sfeer waarin je snel wordt opgenomen. Je standplaats is Heinenoord.

Je bent veerkrachtig, zelfstandig en leergierig. Je houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving en denkt graag mee over technische innovaties.

Verder heb je:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, energietechniek, civiele techniek en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (C1/C2).
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en goed vermogen om te plannen en organiseren.
  • Een nieuwsgierige en creatieve mindset, waarmee je autonoom en accuraat werkt. Hierbij zoek je actief de samenwerking en neem je initiatief.

Hoe jouw onboarding als Junior Net Engineer eruitziet bij Stedin?

Vanaf je eerste werkdag zorgen we ervoor dat je je snel thuis voelt. Je volgt een inwerkprogramma waarin je leert hoe je netontwerpen inpast in de omgeving, rekent met tools als GAIA, Vision en Irene, en werkt met AutoCAD. Je krijgt inzicht in het Programma van Eisen, ontwerpcriteria en omgevingsinformatie zoals vergunningen en tracéonderzoek.

Daarnaast volg je een cursus persoonlijke effectiviteit, leer je samenwerken met aannemers en krijg je praktijkervaring via workshops en meeloopdagen met ervaren collega’s. Een buddy begeleidt je tijdens het hele proces, zodat je goed voorbereid zelfstandig aan de slag kunt.

Het onboardingsprogramma start vanaf begin januari 2027 en duurt 2 tot 3 maanden.
