STËLZ werd gelanceerd in 2020 en zette de traditionele alcoholmarkt volledig op z'n kop. Geen standaard drankje, geen suf imago. Wij doen het anders! Met onze eigen receptuur, strakke designs en verrassende next-level campagnes laten we zien dat alcohol ook fris, fun en innovatief kan zijn.

Wij zijn er voor Gen Z'ers en millennials die wél willen genieten, maar zonder overbodige calorieën en hoog alcoholpercentage.

Maar STËLZ is veel meer dan een drankje: het is een community. Een groep nieuwsgierige individuen, feestgangers en levensgenieters die houden van uitdaging en humor met een knipoog. Op de socials zijn we de grootste binnen de Nederlandse drankenindustrie, en offline? Daar vind je ons op festivals, houseparty's en de meest legendarische momenten.

Wij zijn uitdagend en willen blijven verrassen met eigenzinnige humor. Het is jouw feestje en jij bepaalt de regels! Oftewel: STËLZ, HITS DIFFERENT.

De rol: CFO die niet alleen naar de cijfers kijkt, maar ze ook maakt

STËLZ groeit hard, en daarmee groeit ook de behoefte aan iemand die de financiële koers stevig in handen neemt. Als CFO ben je de financiële sparringpartner van de founders en onze Head of Finance. Je zorgt voor grip op de cijfers en helpt ons de juiste keuzes te maken voor gezonde, winstgevende groei.

Geen ivoren toren en geen eindeloze PowerPoints. Je denkt strategisch, maar steekt net zo makkelijk zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Strategisch denken én operationeel doen: dat is de mix die we zoeken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je vertaalt onze groeiambities naar een financiële strategie, budget en forecast.
  • Je ondersteunt de founders met analyses en scenario's bij belangrijke beslissingen.
  • Je zorgt voor heldere managementinformatie en stuurt samen met de business op marge en resultaat.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor betrouwbare financiële cijfers, de afsluitingen en de samenwerking met de accountant.
  • Je bewaakt de cashflow en zorgt voor goede interne beheersing.
  • Je bouwt aan een finance-organisatie en processen die meegroeien met onze (internationale) ambities.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een finance-team van vijf collega's en ontwikkelt het team verder.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een pragmatische en proactieve finance-professional die liever zelf iets oplost dan erover vergadert. Je ziet kansen voordat ze op tafel liggen.

  • Minimaal 15 jaar werkervaring in finance, waarvan een aantal jaren in een eindverantwoordelijke rol (CFO, finance director of vergelijkbaar).
  • Ervaring in de FMCG-markt heeft sterk de voorkeur; ervaring in de drankenindustrie is een dikke plus.
  • Afgeronde opleiding op academisch niveau, bijvoorbeeld bedrijfseconomie, accountancy (RA/RC) of vergelijkbaar. Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in accounting en ruime kennis van de IFRS-standaarden.
  • Je bent bekend met de dynamiek van retail en horeca.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een groeiende organisatie en weet hoe je structuur aanbrengt zonder de ondernemersgeest te smoren.
  • Je bent een hands-on aanpakker: strategisch sterk, maar net zo makkelijk operationeel aan de slag
  • Je past bij de ondernemende cultuur van STËLZ en voelt je thuis bij een jong, eigenzinnig merk.
