Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit:

  • Aansturen van een regionaal sales team
  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid regionaal budget en marge
  • Beheren en acquireren van Key accounts (horeca en festivals)
  • Jaarlijks sales plan maken
  • Klantenrelaties beheren en new business
  • Rotatie verhogende initiatieven opzetten
  • Analyses maken van de markt & accounts
  • CRM beheer
  • Sales forecast maken

Wie zoekt STËLZ?

  • Iemand met relevante FMCG werkervaring van 7 jaar en bijvoorkeur al eerder voor een drankenmerk gewerkt
  • Ervaring met aansturen van een (OOH) sales team gedurende meerdere jaren, als Field Sales Maanger
  • Ervaring met accountmanagement van Key/ National accounts in de horeca & festival branche
  • Analytischvermogen en ervaring van het aansturen op basis van data
  • Geen 9-tot 5 baan
  • Ondernemend
  • Leiderschap met goede management skills
  • Kan goed overweg met volgende programma’s: Excel, Hubspot, CRM, Ai, PowerBi
  • Teamspeler die goed schakelt met finance, marketing en operations
  • Initiatiefnemer die verder kijkt dan zijn werkzaamheden en de leiding pakt
  • Zeer goede organisatie- en projectmanagement skills
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in het Oosten of Noorden van het land
  • Ervaring met het bepalen en uitvoeren van merk strategieën
