Ben jij een creatieve maker die verhalen tot leven brengt op social? Weet jij hoe je een kijkje achter de schermen verandert in een leuke video en breng je humor in wat je maakt? Dan zoeken wij jou.

Als Content Creative/Creator bij STËLZ vertel je de verhalen achter ons merk. Je neemt onze community mee op kantoor, tijdens campagnes en op festivals. Je ontdekt wat er gebeurt, spot de grappige momenten en maakt daar originele content van, samen met ons creatieve team.

Van een spontane ontmoeting tot een eigen serie: jij bedenkt het verhaal, filmt en edit de video én staat zelf voor de camera. Met jouw creativiteit, persoonlijkheid en gevoel voor humor geef je onze socials een herkenbaar gezicht en mensen een reden om te blijven kijken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Samen met het team originele ideeën, sketches en terugkerende social formats bedenken.
  • Verhalen achter STËLZ vinden en vertalen naar video's die mensen willen kijken en delen.
  • Onze community een kijkje achter de schermen geven bij campagnes, shoots, events en het dagelijkse leven op kantoor.
  • Zelf content filmen en editen, met je telefoon of camera.
  • Voor de camera staan, eigen formats presenteren en mensen interviewen.
  • Ideeën uitwerken tot een goed verhaal, met een sterke opening, verrassende twist of goed getimede grap.
  • Trends, actualiteit en internetcultuur vertalen naar content met een eigen STËLZ-draai.
  • Campagnes vertalen naar creatieve content voor onze social kanalen.
  • Samenwerken met ons socialteam, creatives, videomakers, designers en creators.
  • Nieuwe formats testen en inzichten uit reacties, kijktijd en shares gebruiken om je content beter te maken.
  • Je eigen content organiseren en zorgen dat deze op tijd klaar is.

Wie zoeken we?

Jij ziet overal verhalen. Een gesprek op kantoor, iets onverwachts tijdens een shoot of een bezoeker op een festival: jij ziet wat het interessant of grappig maakt en weet hoe je dat op social vertelt.

Je hebt gevoel voor storytelling en humor. Je weet hoe je de aandacht pakt, wanneer je moet doorvragen en hoe je met een edit een verhaal sterker maakt. Je bedenkt graag nieuwe dingen en durft ze uit te proberen.

Voor de camera ben je spontaan en maak je makkelijk contact. Je neemt mensen mee in wat er gebeurt en laat je eigen persoonlijkheid zien. Achter de camera ben je net zo betrokken: je regelt de opnames, maakt de edit en zorgt dat het idee goed wordt uitgevoerd.

Je vindt het leuk om samen te maken, maar kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag. Je wacht niet op de volgende briefing: je komt zelf met ideeën en pakt de camera.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Ervaring met het bedenken, filmen en editen van social content, voor een merk, bureau of je eigen kanalen.
  • Een portfolio waarin we jouw creativiteit, storytelling en gevoel voor humor terugzien.
  • Je staat comfortabel voor de camera, kunt improviseren en stapt makkelijk op mensen af.
  • Ervaring met Premiere Pro, CapCut of vergelijkbare editingsoftware.
  • Gevoel voor beeld, geluid, montage, muziek en timing.
  • Interesse in social media, creators, entertainment en wat er leeft binnen onze doelgroep.
  • Een proactieve houding: je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en maakt je ideeën af.
  • Je werkt fulltime vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam.
  • Je bent flexibel om af en toe content te maken tijdens events in de avond of het weekend.
