Ben jij een ervaren informatiespecialist met affiniteit voor wetenschap, onderzoek en geestelijke gezondheidszorg? Vind je het leuk om onderzoekers, zorgprofessionals en opleidelingen te ondersteunen bij het vinden van de juiste wetenschappelijke informatie? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Als Medisch Informatiespecialist ben jij dé expert op het gebied van wetenschappelijke informatievoorziening binnen onze organisatie. Je ondersteunt onderzoekers en zorgprofessionals bij literatuuronderzoek, ontwikkelt trainingen en zorgt voor een actuele en toegankelijke (digitale) collectie. Zo draag je direct bij aan innovatief onderzoek, kwalitatief onderwijs en de verdere ontwikkeling van de geestelijke gezondheidszorg.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van literatuuronderzoeken en vertalen van onderzoeksvragen naar effectieve zoekstrategieën.
  • Adviseren van onderzoekers en zorgprofessionals over wetenschappelijke informatiebronnen.
  • Verzorgen van trainingen en workshops over literatuuronderzoek en informatievaardigheden.
  • Signaleren en delen van relevante wetenschappelijke ontwikkelingen en publicaties.
  • Beheren en ontwikkelen van een actuele fysieke en digitale collectie op het gebied van psychiatrie en geestelijke gezondheidszorg.
  • Beheren van bibliotheekapplicaties, digitale informatiebronnen en toegangsvoorzieningen.
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe partners, waaronder de Universiteitsbibliotheek VU.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en klantgericht. Je weet complexe informatievragen te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen en vindt het leuk om je kennis met anderen te delen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, aangevuld met academisch werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Ervaring met wetenschappelijk literatuuronderzoek en elektronische databanken.
  • Affiniteit met psychiatrie, geestelijke gezondheidszorg of medisch-wetenschappelijk onderzoek.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.

Een veelzijdige functie waarin je een belangrijke schakel bent tussen wetenschap, onderwijs en praktijk. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, expertise verder te ontwikkelen en direct bij te dragen aan onderzoek, opleiding en innovatie binnen de organisatie. Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Academische Taken die verantwoordelijk is voor het volledige portfolio van academische taken en de borging van het academische klimaat binnen GGZ inGeest. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directeur Academische Taken.

Ook belangrijk

  • Een dienstverband start met een jaarcontract met een proeftijd van één maand, uiteraard met uitzicht op verlenging voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Je standplaats wordt de Oldenaller in Amsterdam
  • Je bent beschikbaar op de volgende vaste dagen: maandag, donderdag en vrijdag.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 50 CAO GGZ.
  • Bij GGZinGeest ondersteunen we je in je ontwikkeling, of het nu gaat om het verdiepen van expertise, het leren van nieuwe vaardigheden of het vergroten van digitale kennis.
