Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bewaakt, observeert en ondersteunt patiënten met hartproblemen in de acute fase.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de cardioloog en schakelt snel bij veranderingen in de situatie.
  • Je begeleidt en informeert patiënten en hun naasten over de behandeling en zorg.

De CCU-afdeling van ziekenhuis St Jansdal maakt deel uit van het cluster Acute Zorg. De CCU is gevestigd op een moderne nieuwbouwlocatie en beschikt over 6 ruime, moderne kamers met moderne apparatuur. De afdeling bevindt zich direct naast de Intensive Care, waardoor de lijnen met de IC en andere disciplines binnen de acute zorg kort zijn.

Je komt te werken in een klein en betrokken team van 17 verpleegkundigen, waarin samenwerking, korte communicatielijnen en een prettige werksfeer belangrijk zijn.

Het werk op de afdeling is door de snelle turnover van patiënten heel afwisselend en divers. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende cardiologische ziektebeelden en situaties, van acute opvang en stabilisatie tot het begeleiden van patiënten tijdens onderzoeken, behandelingen en herstel.

Doordat het St Jansdal een compact ziekenhuis is, is er gelegenheid om veel tijd aan de patiënt te besteden. De zorg die wij verlenen is daardoor persoonlijk en zoveel mogelijk op maat. Dat maakt de CCU-afdeling een bijzondere afdeling binnen ons ziekenhuis.

Wat vragen we van jou?

Omdat wij een kleine en specialistische afdeling zijn, is het van belang dat je snel kunt handelen en stressbestendig bent. Je vindt het prettig om zelfstandig aan het werk te gaan, maar ziet ook het belang van een goede samenwerking met je collega's.

  • Afgeronde opleiding (A-) verpleegkundige of hbo-v.
  • Afgeronde vervolgopleiding voor CCU verpleegkundige.
  • Een BIG-registratie.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met cardiologische zorg is een pre.

Ook MCC-verpleegkundigen, BAZ-opgeleide verpleegkundigen en BMH’ers zijn van harte welkom!

  • Een jaarcontract voor 32-36 uur per week met de intentie deze om te zetten naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. De standplaats is Harderwijk.
  • Het salaris is ingedeeld volgens schaal 55 (FWG 3.0) en bedraagt minimaal € 3.903,00 en maximaal € 5.503,00 per maand op basis van 36 uur per week.
  • Daarnaast ontvang je 8,33% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Je bouwt pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn. Daarnaast bieden wij interessante extra’s, waaronder korting op jouw zorgverzekeringspremie, bedrijfsfitness en de MKA (Meer Keuze Arbeidsvoorwaarden) regeling.
