Vind jij het leuk om digitale communicatie steeds beter te maken en krijg je energie van overzicht, analyse en samenwerken? Voor de tijdelijke vervanging van onze collega zoeken we een Online Communicatie Specialist die zorgt voor continuïteit en regie op onze digitale communicatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent tijdelijk eigenaar van onze belangrijkste digitale werkzaamheden. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat lopende verbeteringen en ontwikkelingen worden opgevolgd.

Je houdt je vooral bezig met:

  • Website & patiëntreis: optimaliseren van content, pagina’s en formulieren en signaleren van knelpunten.
  • Websitebeheer & doorontwikkeling: bewaken van de backlog, tickets en afstemming met onze webleverancier.
  • Content: je hebt een voortrekkersrol ten aanzien van de contentplanning en bewaakt en optimaliseert deze op basis van de resultaten.
  • Analyse: werken met dashboards, KPI’s, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Data Studio en Search Console.
  • Digitale regie: signaleren van kansen, prioriteren van verbeteringen en afstemmen met communicatieadviseurs en andere stakeholders.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent zelfstandig, analytisch en houdt makkelijk overzicht. Je schakelt soepel tussen inhoud, data en techniek en weet verschillende collega's en leveranciers mee te krijgen.

Je brengt bij voorkeur mee:

  • ervaring met CMS en websitebeheer;
  • ervaring met webanalyse, bijvoorbeeld Clarity en GA4. Ervaring met Data Studio en Search Console is een pre;
  • gevoel voor UX en patiënt-/klantreizen;
  • kennis van SEO en contentoptimalisatie;
  • ervaring met webleveranciers;
  • het vermogen om te prioriteren en regie te voeren;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.
  • Een tijdelijke functie van 16 tot 20 uur per week, ter vervanging van een collega tijdens haar zwangerschapsverlof. Je start half oktober en werkt naar verwachting tot en met februari. De exacte start- en einddatum stemmen we in overleg af.
  • De standplaats is Harderwijk. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met auto, fiets of openbaar vervoer.
  • Het salaris is ingedeeld volgens schaal 50 (FWG 3.0) en bedraagt minimaal € 3.463 en maximaal € 4.914 per maand op basis van 36 uur per week.
  • Daarbij ontvang je 8,33% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Pensioenopbouw bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn. Daarnaast bieden wij interessante extra’s, waaronder korting op jouw zorgverzekeringspremie, bedrijfsfitness en de MKA (Meer Keuze Arbeidsvoorwaarden) regeling.
  • Via de St Jansdal academie kun je (online) werken aan jouw persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling (GoodHabitz). Ook zijn er regelmatig leuke initiatieven, waaronder workshops, om jou gezond en vitaal te houden.
  • De uren zijn flexibel in te delen, met een sterke voorkeur dat je op maandagochtend werkt. Daarnaast heeft urenspreiding door de week de voorkeur.
