Seleccionamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Diseño para nuestro centro de trabajo ubicado en Santiago. La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar las instalaciones técnicas necesarias para el correcto desarrollo de los proyectos, asegurando que las nuevas instalaciones cumplan con la estrategia de expansión e innovación de la empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar instalaciones técnicas (tratamiento de agua, control climático, calefacción, refrigeración, bombeo y tuberías) cumpliendo con los objetivos del proyecto (plazos, costos, alcance y calidad).
  • Búsqueda y negociación con proveedores externos, selección y compra de equipos.
  • Identificar necesidades de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
  • Coordinar el seguimiento in situ de todas las pruebas o ensayos relacionados con las instalaciones.
  • Coordinar los informes de seguimiento y las conclusión de las pruebas y ensayos.
  • Gestionar proyectos de manera autónoma, coordinando a las partes interesadas internas y externas.
  • Asegurar una comunicación efectiva con todos los miembros del equipo y las partes involucradas.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en ingeniería industrial (especialidad en mecánica) o ingeniería química (especialidad en procesos de tratamiento de agua) o similares.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en diseño civil y/o industrial de instalaciones.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
  • Nivel medio-alto de inglés (conversación profesional).
  • Habilidades para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Usuario avanzado de AutoCAD y Excel, valorable el conocimieno de software BIM (Autodesk Revit, CypeCAD).
  • Valorable conocimientos en instalaciones industriales (HVAC, protección contra incendios, instalaciones térmicas, distribución de agua, electricidad, automatización, oxígeno, ozono).
  • Experiencia en proyectos de tratamiento de agua será un plus.
