We are actively recruiting for several Medior Logistic Coordinator positions at Stolt Tank Containers (STC), reflecting our ongoing growth at the Slovenia hub. Since opening our new office in Ljubljana in the summer of 2023, this location has become a key center of expertise and expansion within STC’s global operations. The steady availability of vacancies highlights our continuous investment in this strategic hub and our commitment to supporting its vital role in the company’s worldwide network.

Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 50,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots. What you will be doing As Medior Logistic Coordinator, you are responsible for a variety of tasks on a complex and more experienced level. These tasks include efficiently managing interactions with suppliers and customers, maintaining records, and ensuring that operations run smoothly while adhering to safety regulations. As part of your responsibilities, you will also assist the Operations Team Leads with various projects as they arise and maintain clear and precise communication with local operational teams. Furthermore, you are expected to fully embrace and uphold STC's policies, mission, and vision, actively contributing to the success of the group.

Key responsibilities • Plan, coordinate and oversee the inland element of exports/imports to ensure timely loading and delivery. • Check the processing of movements/shipments and track orders. • Enter the required data on the reservation list, providing timely information for transport coordinators. • Ensure clear and effective communication with EMEA Operations department. • Coordinate the timely and accurate processing, issue, and distribution of transport documentation for outbound shipments. • Control of shipments and ensure timely issue and payment of the carrier's waybills. • Process documentation in accordance with quality procedures.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role within a logistics or shipping company is preferred. Alternatively, experience in a corporate function that requires interacting with customers or suppliers in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment is also considered relevant. • Excellent work quality and accuracy combined with a problem-solving attitude. • Fluency in English. Speaking fluent French is also preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability of working in s team setting priorities and goals. • Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
