Seleccionamos un/a Plant RCM Planner & Analyst. La persona seleccionada será responsable de asegurar la correcta implantación, planificación, ejecución, análisis y mejora continua del sistema RCM a nivel de planta, garantizando que los planes de mantenimiento no solo se ejecuten, sino que sean monitorizados, analizados y optimizados mediante KPIs y revisiones de desempeño, alineando producción y mantenimiento.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planificar y programar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo basadas en RCM.
  • Asegurar la ejecución y seguimiento de los planes de mantenimiento aprobados.
  • Coordinar la planificación del mantenimiento con los equipos de producción y operaciones.
  • Supervisar la ejecución del mantenimiento, el backlog y el cumplimiento de los planes RCM.
  • Analizar desviaciones entre el mantenimiento planificado y el ejecutado.
  • Realizar seguimiento y análisis de indicadores de fiabilidad y mantenimiento (KPIs).
  • Impulsar la mejora continua a través del análisis de datos, tendencias y feedback operativo.
  • Reducir el mantenimiento reactivo y las intervenciones no planificadas mediante enfoques data-driven.
  • Asegurar la correcta gestión y calidad de los datos de mantenimiento en el GMAO.
  • Participar en revisiones, auditorías y acciones de mejora del sistema RCM a nivel local.
  • Participar en auditorías de calidad, OCAS y Mantenimientos Legales.
  • Dar soporte en análisis de causa raíz de fallos repetitivos e incidencias.
  • Coordinarse con equipos locales y el equipo central de RCM como interfaz clave.
  • Contribuir a la implantación de principios TPM y fomentar la colaboración entre áreas.
  • Participar en la puesta en marcha de nuevos activos desde la perspectiva de mantenimiento.
  • Elaborar informes según los criterios de gobernanza del departamento

Requisitos:

  • Formación técnica en mantenimiento, ingeniería o similar.
  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia en planificación de mantenimiento o roles de mantenimiento en planta.
  • Experiencia en entornos industriales intensivos en activos (alimentación, acuicultura u otros entornos similares).
  • Experiencia práctica en el uso de GMAO y herramientas de planificación de mantenimiento.
  • Conocimiento sólido de estrategias de mantenimiento y conceptos de fiabilidad.
  • Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos operativos y de mantenimiento.
  • Habilidades organizativas y de planificación.
  • Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares (operaciones y mantenimiento).
  • Se valorará el nivel de inglés.
  • Actitud proactiva, orientada a resultados y a la mejora continua.
