Puesto: Auxiliar de Planeación Área: Planeación y Control de Producción Reporta a: Planeador de Producción o Supervisor de Planeación Nivel: Técnico

Objetivo del puesto

Apoyar en la actualización, seguimiento y control del programa de producción, verificando información de materiales, inventarios y avances de manufactura para facilitar el cumplimiento de las fechas de entrega al cliente.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Capturar y actualizar programas, órdenes de producción y reportes de seguimiento en el sistema ERP y archivos de control.
  • Dar seguimiento diario al avance de las órdenes de producción e informar desviaciones respecto al programa establecido.
  • Verificar la disponibilidad de materiales para las órdenes programadas y reportar faltantes al planeador y a las áreas correspondientes.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración y distribución de programas de producción, conforme a las prioridades definidas por el planeador.
  • Consultar inventarios de materia prima, producto en proceso y producto terminado para mantener actualizada la información de planeación.
  • Coordinar con Producción, Almacén y Materiales la recopilación de información sobre consumos, avances y movimientos de inventario.
  • Identificar y comunicar diferencias entre los registros del sistema y la información reportada por las áreas operativas.
  • Apoyar en el seguimiento de órdenes pendientes, atrasos y cambios autorizados al programa de producción.
  • Preparar reportes de cumplimiento del programa, faltantes de materiales y estatus de órdenes.
  • Mantener organizados los registros y documentos del área, conforme a los procedimientos internos.

Escolaridad y experiencia

  • Carrera técnica concluida en Logística, Procesos Industriales, Administración, Producción o afín.
  • Deseable de seis meses a un año de experiencia en planeación, control de producción, materiales, inventarios o captura de información en manufactura.
  • Se consideran prácticas profesionales o experiencia como auxiliar en áreas relacionadas.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Excel básico a intermedio: filtros, tablas, fórmulas básicas y búsqueda de información.
  • Conocimientos básicos de inventarios, órdenes de producción y flujo de materiales.
  • Deseable manejo de sistemas ERP, como SAP, JDE o similares.
  • Interpretación básica de programas de producción y reportes de materiales.
  • Deseable conocimiento básico de MRP.
  • Inglés intermedio para lectura de códigos, instrucciones y términos del sistema, cuando la operación lo requiera.

Alcance y autoridad

Ejecuta actividades de apoyo y seguimiento bajo lineamientos del planeador o supervisor. Puede actualizar registros y distribuir información autorizada. Los cambios de prioridades, cantidades, fechas de producción o compromisos de entrega requieren autorización del responsable de planeación.
