Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Desenvolvimento de Software Embarcado para liderar tecnicamente a equipe responsável pelo desenvolvimento de software para ECUs baseadas em processadores de aplicação, atuando desde os níveis mais baixos até as camadas superiores do software. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir a qualidade das entregas, o cumprimento dos prazos e o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe, alinhando as soluções tecnológicas aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa.

Educação

  • Engenharia Elétrica ou Engenharia de Computação e cursos relacionados

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisionar e orientar o desenvolvimento de software embarcado para ECUs, desde o baixo até o alto nível;
  • Interagir com stakeholders para definição e refinamento de requisitos, alinhamento de prioridades e negociação de prazos e recursos;
  • Acompanhar a aplicação de tecnologias como C, C++, Python, RTOS, Linux Embarcado, compiladores, ferramentas de depuração, simulação e ambientes de desenvolvimento;
  • Garantir a utilização adequada de ferramentas de controle de versão e integração e entrega contínuas (CI/CD);
  • Orientar a equipe quanto à integração entre software e hardware, incluindo plataformas de hardware, memórias, barramentos, protocolos de comunicação e periféricos;
  • Assegurar a aplicação de práticas de qualidade, incluindo testes unitários, funcionais e de integração;
  • Coordenar a investigação e a resolução de problemas de software, promovendo a colaboração com equipes técnicas de clientes e parceiros externos;
  • Garantir a elaboração e a manutenção da documentação técnica para uso interno, clientes e terceiros;
  • Gerir a estrutura, as competências e o desenvolvimento profissional da equipe, promovendo a evolução técnica contínua;
  • Definir e aprimorar metodologias e processos de desenvolvimento, monitorando o andamento das atividades e a qualidade das entregas;
  • Assegurar que as tecnologias e soluções adotadas estejam alinhadas às estratégias e diretrizes da empresa;

Requisitos

  • Residir em Manaus;
  • Ter disponibilidade para atuação híbrida;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de software embarcado.
  • Conhecimento em linguagens de programação como C, C++ e Python;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas operacionais embarcados, como RTOS e Linux Embarcado;
  • Conhecimento de compiladores, ferramentas de depuração, simulação e ambientes de desenvolvimento;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de controle de versão e práticas de CI/CD;
  • Conhecimento de arquitetura de hardware, microprocessadores, memórias, barramentos, protocolos de comunicação e periféricos;
  • Conhecimento de processos de qualidade de software e metodologias de testes;
  • Experiência com análise e resolução de problemas técnicos e elaboração de documentação;
  • Experiência com liderança técnica ou gestão de equipes de desenvolvimento;
