Requisitos

  • Residir em Manus;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Desejável de 10 anos na função ou em posição similar,
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Experiência desenvolvimento de hardware e eletrônica embarcada.

Responsabilidades

  • Participar da definição e implementação de soluções tecnológicas, contribuindo com novas ideias e sugestões para novos produtos, novas funcionalidades e atualizações de produtos existentes, no nível de componentes e esquemáticos elétricos, bem como nos processos e ferramentas de desenvolvimento.
  • Definir ou participar da definição de conceitos e especificações técnicas para novos produtos e atualizações dos existentes, fornecendo informações para apoiar a tomada de decisões e as análises de viabilidade relacionadas a riscos, prazos, custos e qualidade.
  • Desenvolver hardware para novas implementações ou modificações em produtos existentes, atendendo aos objetivos do projeto ou da atividade relacionados a prazos, custos e qualidade.
  • Pesquisar, sugerir e definir os componentes eletrônicos que serão utilizados nos produtos, bem como sugerir e/ou definir arquiteturas e circuitos integrados a serem utilizados nos projetos, em colaboração com a equipe de Hardware, buscando sempre a solução mais adequada considerando aspectos de custo, desempenho e tecnologia.
  • Acompanhar as atividades de certificação e testes dos produtos, analisar as falhas identificadas e sugerir e/ou implementar ações corretivas, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos por meio da redução de falhas e do tempo de desenvolvimento.
  • Acompanhar continuamente os mercados de componentes eletrônicos e de produtos finais, mantendo-se atualizado sobre novos lançamentos, soluções e tecnologias que possam ser aplicáveis ou representar riscos para os negócios da empresa.
  • Gerenciar a estrutura e as qualificações da equipe.
  • Garantir que as tecnologias utilizadas estejam alinhadas aos objetivos estratégicos aprovados pela empresa.
  • Estabelecer metodologias e processos, além de acompanhar e gerenciar as atividades em andamento, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e que as entregas atendam às expectativas de qualidade.
  • Participar, quando solicitado, de projetos de inovação tecnológica, lançamentos de novas linhas ou combinações de produtos, bem como de atividades de teste, como a produção-piloto.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as mudanças na área por meio da participação em cursos, seminários e outras atividades de desenvolvimento profissional, visando à melhoria contínua e ao conhecimento das inovações tecnológicas.
