Suite Attendant

Home2 Suites by Hilton Fairview/Allen is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong, service-driven teams at every property. We're looking for a detail-oriented Suite Attendant who takes pride in creating a spotless, welcoming space for every guest.

As a Suite Attendant, you'll play a direct role in guest satisfaction by keeping suites and common areas clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. From making beds to restocking amenities, your attention to detail helps set the tone for every guest's stay.

Responsibilities

  • Clean assigned suites to hotel standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, washing dishes, and dusting
  • Restock room amenities such as towels, paper products, and toiletries, and maintain a fully stocked housekeeping cart
  • Clean exterior entries, hallways, and windows, and safely operate housekeeping equipment
  • Report any unusual room conditions to the Lead Housekeeper or Operations Manager and follow the hotel's lost and found procedures
  • Complete and submit maintenance work orders for any issues found in guest rooms
  • Accommodate guest special requests and answer questions about hotel and local amenities

Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
