StoryMachine übernimmt für sie die kommunikative Positionierung in Deutschland, Krisenkommunikation, Produkt- und Markenkommunikation, Reputationsmanagement, Litigation PR und begleitet umfassende Transformationsprozesse. Über die Stelle

Als Werkstudent:in Modern Politics unterstützt du direkt den Head of Modern Politics und sein Team bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Kommunikationsstrategien für KundInnen aus Politik und Public Affairs. Du bekommst tiefe Einblicke in politische Kommunikationsberatung auf höchstem Niveau und übernimmst von Anfang an eigenständige inhaltliche Aufgaben.

Deine Aufgaben

➡️ Recherche & Analyse – Du unterstützt bei der Recherche und Analyse aktueller politischer Themen, Debatten und relevanter Stakeholder als Grundlage für Kommunikationsstrategien.

➡Content-Entwicklung – Du hilfst bei der Entwicklung von Kommunikationsinhalten, Kernbotschaften und Formaten für Social Media und klassische PR-Maßnahmen.

➡️Media Monitoring – Du übernimmst das Monitoring von Medien- und Social-Media-Berichterstattung und bereitest Ergebnisse für das Team auf.

➡️Termin- und Meetingvorbereitung – Du unterstützt bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen mit dem Key-Kunden sowie internen Team-Meetings.

➡️Präsentationen & Unterlagen – Du wirkst an der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Strategiepapieren und Kundenunterlagen mit.

➡️Administrative Unterstützung – Du übernimmst administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft des Modern-Politics-Teams.

Das bringst du mit

✅ Laufendes Studium – Du bist eingeschriebener Studentin, idealerweise in Politikwissenschaft, Kommunikationswissenschaft, Public Affairs oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.

✅ Politisches Interesse – Du interessierst dich für Politik, aktuelle gesellschaftliche Debatten und das politische Berlin.

✅ Digitale Kompetenz – Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und hast Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Plattformen.

✅ Strukturierte Arbeitsweise – Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und gehst mit sensiblen Informationen diskret um.

✅ Teamgeist – Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und gehst offen auf Menschen zu.

✅ Starke Kommunikation – Du überzeugst mit klarer, freundlicher Kommunikation – schriftlich wie mündlich – und bringst eine positive Ausstrahlung mit.

✅ Sprachsicherheit – Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch (C2) und verfügst über mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse.
