Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Mission

  • Du betreust und entwickelst Geschäftskunden aus der Immobilienwirtschaft. Zu Deinem Kundenkreis gehören Hausverwaltungen, Wohnungsunternehmen, Bauträger und weitere gewerbliche Eigentümer.
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen kontinuierlich weiter. Mit Deinem Gespür für Potenziale stärkst Du langfristige Partnerschaften und bist erste Ansprechperson für Deine Kunden.
  • Du erschließt neue Marktpotenziale. Im Außendienst identifizierst Du Chancen, führst Beratungsgespräche und begleitest Projekte bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
  • Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres Vertriebs aktiv mit. Durch Deine Marktkenntnis und Kundennähe lieferst Du wertvolle Impulse für neue Vertriebsansätze.
  • Du gestaltest Deinen Arbeitsalltag eigenverantwortlich. Dank eines wohnortnahen Vertriebsgebiets kombinierst Du Außendienst und Homeoffice flexibel und planst Deine Kundenbesuche selbstständig.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Vertrieb ist Deine Leidenschaft. Mit Deiner Erfahrung im Außendienst oder im B2B-Vertrieb verstehst Du es, Kunden zu beraten und nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen.
  • Erfolg ist Dein Antrieb. Ob in der Neukundengewinnung oder der Bestandskundenentwicklung, Du begeisterst Dich dafür, Kunden zu begleiten und gemeinsame Erfolge zu erzielen.
  • Organisation ist Deine Stärke. Du planst und strukturierst selbstständig und fühlst Dich wohl, wenn Du die Zügel in der Hand hältst.
  • Du liebst die Abwechslung. Du liebst es, unterwegs zu sein und neue Vertriebsorte in Deiner Region zu entdecken.
  • Als zukünftiger Ranger liegen Dir Offenheit, Toleranz und Teamgeist am Herzen. Du lebst diese Überzeugung und förderst mit uns eine diverse Unternehmenskultur, in der sich alle Mitarbeitenden willkommen fühlen.
