Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of Commercial Management (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Köln.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du führst und entwickelst ein Team aus Commercial Manager:innen und Controller:innen und gestaltest die Zusammenarbeit übergreifend
  • Du verantwortest die strategische Konditionenpolitik und entwickelst das Commercial Management für OOH, DOOH und Online Media Advertising weiter
  • Du steuerst Konditionsverhandlungen, Vertragsabschlüsse, Monitoring und Abrechnung von Rückvergütungen mit Mediaagenturen, Spezialagenturen und Kund*innen und entwickelst strategische Partnerschaften langfristig weiter
  • Du verantwortest Forecasting, Reporting und Konditionen-Controlling inklusive Deal-Kontrolle der Top-Kund*innen per Soll-Ist-Vergleich und stimmst Agenturrückstellungen mit dem Financial Controlling ab
  • Du identifizierst Saving-Potenziale, steuerst Ergebnisse und machst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Agentureinkauf und Sales mehr aus vorhandenen Potenzialen
  • Du koordinierst als zentrale Schnittstelle konditionsrelevante Themen mit internen Bereichen und Ströer-Gesellschaften und übernimmst strategische Projekte für die Geschäftsführung

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebscontrolling, Media-Vertrieb oder in einer Media-Agentur mit
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Medienmarkts und idealerweise über Erfahrung mit OOH, DOOH und Online Media Advertising sowie Agentursteuerung
  • Du hast Führungserfahrung und Erfahrung in der Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Teams
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in kommerziellen Verhandlungen, Vertragsabschlüssen und der Steuerung von Konditionen mit Agenturpartnern
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung mit Salesforce oder vergleichbaren CRM-, Reporting- und Controlling-Systemen
