Wir suchen ab sofort deutschlandweit Key Account Manager Digital & Out of Home Media (m/w/d).

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du verantwortest den strategischen Ausbau und die Vermarktung eines relevanten Kundenportfolios und positionierst Ströer als führenden Partner für integrierte Kommunikationslösungen
  • Du baust nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Marketing-, Media- und Unternehmensentscheider:innen bis auf C-Level auf und entwickelst diese langfristig weiter
  • Du analysierst Geschäftsziele und Marktpotenziale, identifizierst Wachstumschancen und leitest daraus kundenindividuelle Vermarktungsstrategien ab
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit internen Expert:innen datengetriebene, crossmediale Lösungen über das gesamte Ströer-Portfolio hinweg
  • Du steuerst komplexe Vertriebsprozesse von der Strategieentwicklung bis zum Vertragsabschluss, führst Verhandlungen auf Augenhöhe und koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams
  • Du trägst die Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für Dein Kundenportfolio und gestaltest durch Markt- und Wettbewerbsimpulse aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots

Qualifikationen

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Marketing, Medien oder Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du besitzt mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Medien-, Digital-, Vermarktungs- oder Agenturumfeld und kannst nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge vorweisen
  • Du verfügst über ein starkes Netzwerk im Werbe- und Medienmarkt und bewegst Dich sicher auf Entscheider- und Managementebene
  • Du verstehst die Anforderungen moderner Markenführung sowie die Wirkungsmechanismen von crossmedialen Kommunikationsstrategien
  • Du bist eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Verhandlungskompetenz, hoher Eigenmotivation und einem starken unternehmerischen Mindset
  • Du denkst kundenorientiert, strategisch und lösungsorientiert und schaffst es, komplexe Herausforderungen in erfolgreiche Geschäftschancen zu übersetzen
