Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Mission

  • Du begleitest Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte durch Veränderungsprozesse, auch in agilen Kontexten, und schaffst dabei Orientierung und Vertrauen.
  • Du entwickelst Lern- und Entwicklungsformate, die Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte dabei unterstützen, neue Kompetenzen aufzubauen und erfolgreich im Arbeitsalltag einzusetzen.
  • Du begleitest Change-Initiativen operativ, übersetzt strategische Impulse in konkrete Maßnahmen und sorgst gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern für eine nachhaltige Umsetzung mit messbarer Wirkung.
  • Du konzipierst und moderierst Trainings, Workshops und Lernformate und entwickelst moderne Lernarchitekturen, die unterschiedliche Zielgruppen erreichen und begeistern.
  • Du unterstützt Führungskräfte und Teams als Coach und Sparringspartner/in, wenn es um Entwicklung, Veränderungsbegleitung und schwierige Kommunikationssituationen geht.
  • Du stärkst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmenskultur, indem du eine agile Lern- und Feedbackkultur förderst und Future Skills in der Organisation verankerst.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, im Leadership Development oder im Change Management bildet die Grundlage für deinen Erfolg.
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Implementierung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprogrammen, Talent-Prozessen und Trainingsformaten ermöglicht dir einen schnellen Einstieg. Eine Coaching-Ausbildung ist ein Plus.
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit modernen Tools, agilen Methoden und digitalen Lernformaten hilft dir dabei, komplexe Themen zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und ein sicheres Auftreten machen dich zu einer geschätzten Ansprechperson auf allen Ebenen der Organisation.
  • Mut zur Klarheit zeichnet dich aus, auch wenn Themen unbequem sind. Du bringst eine innere Stabilität mit, emotional belastende Situationen aufzufangen, ohne selbst den Boden zu verlieren.
  • Eine strukturierte, pragmatische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie dein Gestaltungswille in noch nicht definierten Situationen.
  • Als zukünftiger Ranger liegen dir Offenheit, Toleranz und Teamgeist am Herzen. Du lebst diese Überzeugung und förderst mit uns eine diverse Unternehmenskultur, in der sich alle Mitarbeitenden willkommen fühlen.
