Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Mission

  • Als Elternzeitvertretung übernimmst du für 18 Monate eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Trainingsteam und bringst die Weiterentwicklung unseres Vertriebs aktiv voran.
  • Du verantwortest die Planung und Organisation unserer Workshops – von der Terminierung auf unserer Lernplattform über die Verwaltung der Teilnehmer/innen bis zur Nachverfolgung der Teilnahme.
  • Du bringst die richtigen Köpfe zusammen, koordinierst externe Trainer/innen und planst Expert/innen aus unserem Vertrieb gezielt für Workshops ein.
  • Du machst Wissen digital erlebbar und erstellst E-Learnings und Erklärvideos zu Soft-Skill-Themen und Sales-Tools, die im Vertriebsalltag einen echten Unterschied machen.
  • Du gestaltest die Lernformate von morgen, konzipierst neue Workshopformate für den Vertrieb und entwickelst bestehende weiter – von der ersten Idee über das didaktische Konzept bis zur Umsetzung.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in Bildung, Didaktik, Personal, Design o. ä. bildet die Basis für deinen Erfolg – alternativ überzeugst du uns mit passender Berufserfahrung.
  • Die Konzeption von Lernformaten ist kein Neuland für dich – ob Workshops, E-Learnings oder beides.
  • Mit Erfahrung in der Organisation von Workshops oder Events behältst du den Überblick und hältst gerne viele Fäden gleichzeitig in der Hand.
  • Vorkenntnisse in Autorentools und Learning-Management-Systemen – idealerweise Articulate 360 und Docebo – erleichtern dir den Einstieg.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert, dein Qualitätsanspruch hoch.
  • Trainingsthemen, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und digitales Lernen begeistern dich – und es treibt dich an, unsere Mitarbeitenden im Vertrieb weiterzubringen.
  • Erfahrung im Direktvertrieb und/oder in der Telekommunikationsbranche rundet dein Profil ab, ist aber kein Muss.
  • Als zukünftiger Ranger liegen dir Offenheit, Toleranz und Teamgeist am Herzen. Du lebst diese Überzeugung und förderst mit uns eine diverse Unternehmenskultur, in der sich alle Mitarbeitenden willkommen fühlen.
