Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Mission

  • Du bist die zentrale administrative Schnittstelle für das Fiber Sales Team und sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen aus dem Außendienst strukturiert, zuverlässig und zeitnah bearbeitet werden.
  • Du unterstützt die operative Steuerung von Vertriebs- und Ausbaugebieten, indem Du Gebiete planst, pflegst und systemseitig sauber abbildest.
  • Du koordinierst administrative Prozesse vom Erfassen von Gebietsmeldungen über die Datenprüfung bis hin zur Anlage und Aktualisierung in internen Systemen. Dabei bewahrst Du Genauigkeit und Konsistenz.
  • Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen Vertrieb und internen Fachbereichen und behältst dabei den Überblick über laufende Kampagnen und Freigaben.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in einem vertriebsnahen, administrativen oder koordinierenden Umfeld bildet eine solide Grundlage, um Prozesse und Prioritäten sicher zu steuern.
  • Eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise hilft Dir, auch bei parallelen Themen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein serviceorientiertes Mindset unterstützen Dich im professionellen Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen.
  • Als zukünftiger Ranger liegen Dir Offenheit, Toleranz und Teamgeist am Herzen. Du lebst diese Überzeugung und förderst mit uns eine diverse Unternehmenskultur, in der sich alle Mitarbeitenden willkommen fühlen.
