CONTENT FLEET ist eine digitale Content-Marketing-Agentur mit Sitz in Hamburg und Köln. Wir sind über 200 Flottenmitglieder und alle individuelle, kreative Originale. Stellenbeschreibung

Die Position (Senior) Account Manager (m/w/d) trägt die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung komplexer Kundenprojekte und richtet sich an alle, die im Kunden- und Projektgeschäft bereits fest im Sattel sitzen. Du leitest große Projekte mit einem hohen Anteil an holistischen Maßnahmen selbstständig, führst Projektteams fachlich und bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen und interne Fachbereiche.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Du leitest große und komplexe Kundenprojekte selbstständig und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit der beteiligten Fachbereiche mithilfe von Projektmanagement-und KI-Tools
  • Du verantwortest Projektsetup, Planung und Briefings und stellst eine saubere Projektdokumentation sicher
  • Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen, sorgst für nachhaltige Kundenzufriedenheit und löst Konflikte
  • Du verantwortest das Projektcontrolling inklusive Marge, Angeboten und Abrechnung
  • Du präsentierst und erklärst Konzepte und Kampagnen gegenüber Top-Entscheider:innen auf Kundenseite
  • Du erkennst Potenziale für Sales und Projekterweiterungen und setzt sie um
  • Du begleitest 1-2 Junior:innen fachlich, vom Onboarding bis zum Mentoring (ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung)

Qualifikationen

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Wirtschaft oder Projektmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Account-Management im Agentur-, Marketing- oder Digitalumfeld, sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung großer, komplexer Projekte
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise mit sehr gutem Organisationstalent und Priorisierungsvermögen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für digitales Content-Marketing und digitale Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Stark in Kommunikation und Konfliktmanagement im Umgang mit Kund:innen und internen Teams
  • Kaufmännisches Denken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Budget, Marge, Aufwand und Prioritäten
  • Freude daran, Kolleg:innen fachlich anzuleiten und zu fördern
  • Erfahrung mit KI-Tools
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. awork, Asana, Trello) sowie PowerPoint und Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
