Wir suchen ab sofort einen (Senior) Corporate Data Platform Manager (m/w/d) an einen unserer Standorte in Köln, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, München oder Düsseldorf.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du bist für unsere zentrale Datenplattform verantwortlich und entwickelst diese mit Fokus auf Databricks, Analytics und AI-Anwendungsfälle weiter
  • Du nimmst fachliche Anforderungen auf, priorisierst sie und übersetzt sie in konkrete technische Produktfeatures für Data- und AI-Lösungen
  • Du begleitest Features von der Konzeption über die Abstimmung mit Data- und AI-Teams bis zum Go-Live
  • Du führst eigenständig Datenanalysen und Proof-of-Concepts durch, bewertest Lösungsansätze und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du koordinierst Plattforminitiativen, stimmst technische Anforderungen mit relevanten Stakeholder:innen ab und unterstützt die Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Lösungen
  • Du förderst neue Ansätze wie Data Mesh, Data Management und Self-Service Analytics und datenbasierte Entscheidungen und führst sie im Unternehmen ein

Qualifikationen

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Data- und Plattformumfeld mit und verstehst moderne Datenplattformen, Analytics-Projekte und idealerweise Databricks oder vergleichbare Technologien
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering und Produktmanagement, insbesondere in der Anforderungsanalyse, der Erstellung von User Stories und der Backlog-Priorisierung
  • Du hast bereits Features oder technische Produktinitiativen von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live begleitet
  • Du kannst eigenständig Datenanalysen und Proof-of-Concepts durchführen und daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
  • Du hast Erfahrung darin, fachliche Anforderungen aufzunehmen, zu strukturieren und in umsetzbare technische Anforderungen für Data- und AI-Teams zu übersetzen
  • Du kennst moderne Data-Themen wie AI, Data Mesh, Data Management und Self-Service Analytics und kannst deren Nutzen für das Business bewerten
