Als SEO Manager (m/w/d) verbindest Du strategische Suchmaschinenoptimierung mit technischer Expertise, datenbasierten Entscheidungen und innovativen KI-Ansätzen.

Für unseren Standort in Stuttgart suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen SEO Manager (m/w/d). Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet, jedoch mit Option auf Übernahme.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du übernimmst die strategische und budgetäre Verantwortung für Deine Kundenprojekte
  • Du steigerst organischen Traffic, Rankings und Conversions und optimierst die Sichtbarkeit von Marken in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT und Perplexity
  • Du analysierst KPIs wie qualifizierten Non-Brand-Traffic, Conversion-Rate, Share of Voice und AI Visibility mit Google Search Console, Sistrix und Peec AI
  • Du optimierst Websites technisch und inhaltlich mit Tools wie Screaming Frog und gängigen CMS, verbesserst das Crawl-Management und implementierst strukturierte Daten
  • Du nutzt KI-Tools wie Claude und Gemini für Analysen, Content-Briefings, Mustererkennung und Prozessautomatisierung, damit Du aus neuen Möglichkeiten mehr machst
  • Du arbeitest mit Projektmanagement, Webdesign und Content-Management zusammen und berätst Deine Kund:innen zu wirksamen SEO- und GEO-Maßnahmen

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Medien/Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen und bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Suchmaschinenoptimierung mit, idealerweise in einer Agentur
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit SEO-Tools wie Screaming Frog, Sistrix und Ahrefs sowie mit Google Search Console und gängigen Webanalyse-Tools
  • Du kennst Dich mit technischem SEO, Onpage- und Offpage-Optimierung, Keyword-Recherche, Local SEO und Entitäten-Optimierung aus
  • Du verstehst HTML und CSS sowie die Grundlagen von Large Language Models (LLMs) und generativer KI-Suche und hast bereits Erfahrungen mit Prompt Engineering gesammeltDu kannst SEO-Kennzahlen interpretieren, aus Daten konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten und komplexe Strategien dank guter Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verständlich an Kund:innen vermitteln
  • Du verfolgst die Entwicklungen der Suchlandschaft aktiv und bringst Deine Kenntnisse in KI-gestützten Workflows ein; erste Python-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
