Wir suchen ab sofort einen Werkstudent Business Controlling (m/w/d) an unserem Standort Köln. Die Stelle ist zunächst bis zum 30.09.2028 befristet, jedoch mit der Option auf Übernahme.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du lieferst echten Mehrwert für unser Sales-Team, indem Du Verkaufszahlen analysierst, Reportings aufbereitest und daraus relevante Insights ableitest
  • Du schaust mit uns über den Tellerrand: Bei Marktanalysen entdeckst Du neue Umsatzpotenziale und hilfst dabei, strategische Entscheidungen vorzubereiten
  • Du erstellst fundierte Ad-hoc-Auswertungen, die unser Team in wichtigen Momenten unterstützen – datenbasiert und präzise
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv in laufende Controlling-Projekte ein und gestaltest so unsere Prozesse und Ergebnisse mit
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere CRM-Daten gepflegt, aktuell und verlässlich sind – damit alle auf einer soliden Basis arbeiten können
  • Du bearbeitest Systemanfragen und unterstützt damit reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft

Qualifikationen

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich BWL, VWL, Finance oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und verstehst betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und achtest auf Genauigkeit in Deinen Auswertungen
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Tools wie Salesforce, Power BI oder QlikView
