🚀 Estamos contratando: BDR (Business Development Representative) 📍 Presencial – Belo Horizonte/MG 📄 Modelo de contratação: PJ ⚡ Início imediato

Estamos em busca de um(a) BDR com experiência em outbound para atuar de forma estratégica na geração de oportunidades qualificadas para o time vendas.

Essa pessoa será responsável por mapear, contatar e engajar escritórios de advocacia dentro do ICP, conduzindo leads por meio de uma prospecção ativa, estruturada e consultiva, até que se tornem SQLs prontos para demonstração.

🎯 Responsabilidades:

- Engajamento (BDR) - Executar cadências multicanal (e-mail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn e ligações). - Personalizar abordagens com base em informações do site, LinkedIn e redes sociais dos prospects. - Conduzir conversas consultivas, entendendo volume de processos, estrutura do escritório e principais dores. - Qualificar leads e agendar reuniões para demonstração empresa.

Operação & Métricas

- Reportar diariamente métricas de prospecção: taxa de abertura, resposta, conexão, reuniões e SQLs. - Testar cadências, mensagens e abordagens, contribuindo ativamente para a evolução do playbook. - Alimentar CRM e dashboards com foco em conversão e performance.

👤 Perfil Ideal

- Experiência mínima de 1 ano com vendas outbound ou geração de leads B2B. - Vivência com cadências multicanal, prospecção consultiva e ferramentas de sales engagement. - Experiência em SaaS, startups ou legaltech será considerada um diferencial.

Habilidades Técnicas

- Domínio de CRM (HubSpot) e ferramentas de prospecção como Apollo.io e LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com capacidade de personalização rápida de mensagens. - Conhecimento de funil de vendas B2B (LDR → BDR → Closer). - Noções claras de métricas como SQL, MQL, taxa de resposta, conversão e ROI.

Soft Skills - Maturidade emocional para lidar com negativas constantes sem perder consistência. - Resiliência para sustentar ciclos de prospecção mais longos. - Criatividade aplicada, buscando novas abordagens, listas e testes de cadência. - Mentalidade de construção, entendendo que processos estão em evolução. - Colaboração, com abertura para feedback e co-criação junto ao time.
