Estamos em busca de um Diretor de TI / COO para atuar presencialmente em Belo Horizonte, liderando a estratégia tecnológica e operacional de uma empresa em fase de crescimento e consolidação. Você será peça-chave na definição de prioridades, na escalabilidade dos processos e na sustentação da inovação.

  • Definir e executar a estratégia de TI alinhada ao plano de negócios.
  • Liderar times de tecnologia, operações e projetos estratégicos.
  • Garantir disponibilidade, segurança e performance dos sistemas.
  • Estruturar governança, indicadores e processos de melhoria contínua.
  • Conduzir iniciativas de transformação digital e automação.
  • Gerir orçamento de TI e investimentos em tecnologia.
  • Atuar como parceiro da alta direção em decisões estratégicas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência consolidada como Diretor(a) de TI, CIO, CTO ou COO em empresas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Atuação prévia liderando times multidisciplinares de tecnologia e operações.
  • Vivência em transformação digital, modernização de sistemas e automação de processos.
  • Conhecimento em SAP S/4HANA.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em governança de TI, segurança da informação e gestão de riscos.
  • Experiência em planejamento estratégico, gestão orçamentária e definição de KPIs.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Belo Horizonte.
