Empresa com forte atuação nos segmentos de atacado, construção e agronegócio busca Gerente Comercial Nacional para liderar e fortalecer sua operação de vendas em todo o Brasil.

Trata-se de uma posição estratégica, com grande responsabilidade sobre resultado, expansão e performance comercial.

Principais responsabilidades: • Liderança da operação comercial em âmbito nacional • Gestão de força de vendas em larga escala • Direcionamento estratégico de metas, indicadores e performance • Desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de gestores regionais • Gestão de aproximadamente 700 representantes autônomos • Gestão direta de 15 profissionais entre gerentes e assistentes • Estruturação de estratégias comerciais para crescimento e expansão • Interface direta com diretoria e áreas estratégicas

Requisitos: • Experiência consolidada em gestão comercial nacional • Vivência robusta em atacado • Experiência em agro ou construção (fortemente desejável) • Histórico de gestão de grandes equipes e representantes autônomos • Forte capacidade estratégica e foco absoluto em resultado • Perfil diretivo, com habilidade de influência e condução de times de alta escala • Formação alinhada à área comercial e ao segmento de atuação
