Sobre a empresa e o desafio Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Marketing para liderar a estratégia de marketing de uma operação com forte atuação nos segmentos de atacado, construção e agronegócio.

A posição é estratégica e tem papel fundamental na consolidação da marca, fortalecimento do posicionamento no mercado e aceleração do crescimento comercial.

O grande desafio será estruturar um marketing orientado a resultado, com foco em branding sólido + geração de demanda, apoiando diretamente o time comercial na expansão de mercado e aumento de performance.

Profissionais com experiência prévia em indústria e atuação B2B terão excelente aderência ao perfil.

Missão da posição Estruturar e liderar a estratégia de marketing com foco em crescimento sustentável. Fortalecer o branding da empresa nos segmentos de atacado, construção e agro. Desenvolver e executar campanhas comerciais voltadas para geração de demanda e apoio ao time de vendas. Garantir alinhamento estratégico entre marketing e área comercial. Implementar métricas e indicadores de performance (KPIs) voltados a resultados. Priorizar demandas comerciais de forma estratégica, garantindo agilidade e impacto. Desenvolver o time, promovendo organização, eficiência e alta performance.

Estrutura sob gestão 1 Coordenação de Campanhas Comerciais 5 Analistas (Design, Vídeo, Conteúdo e Demandas Comerciais) Total: 6 profissionais diretos
