Estamos em busca de um(a) Hunter para atuar na prospecção ativa e fechamento de novos negócios, sendo responsável por identificar oportunidades, abordar leads estratégicos e gerar novas receitas para a empresa. Esse profissional terá papel fundamental no crescimento comercial, atuando com foco em metas e performance.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Prospecção ativa de novos clientes (outbound)
  • Pesquisa de empresas, decisores e potenciais oportunidades
  • Abordagens por telefone, LinkedIn, e-mail e WhatsApp
  • Qualificação de leads (perfil, necessidade, orçamento e timing)
  • Condução de reuniões comerciais
  • Apresentação consultiva de produtos/serviços
  • Negociação de propostas e fechamento de novos contratos
  • Gestão e atualização do funil de vendas no CRM
  • Cumprimento de metas de novos negócios e receita

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia como Hunter, Executivo de Vendas, Closer ou funções similares
  • Vivência com prospecção ativa e vendas consultivas
  • Experiência com CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce ou similares)
  • Boa comunicação, persuasão e capacidade de negociação
  • Perfil orientado a metas e resultados
