Buscamos um Supervisor de Atendimento para liderar o time de Pré-Vendas, com perfil jovem, comunicador e com linguagem acessível. Você será responsável por conduzir a equipe, acompanhar indicadores, otimizar rotinas de e manter uma forte conexão com o Marketing para potencializar geração de leads e conversão. Se você gosta de liderar pessoas, motivar o time e entregar performance, essa vaga é pra você!

Responsabilidades:

● Liderar o time de Pré-Vendas, acompanhando rotinas, metas e performance; ● Desenvolver, orientar e engajar uma equipe jovem; ● Conversar e colaborar diretamente com o Marketing para alinhar campanhas, leads e estratégias de atração; ● Acompanhar indicadores diários e mensais de produtividade e conversão; ● Criar rituais de gestão: feedbacks, reuniões de alinhamento, acompanhamento individual; ● Padronizar processos de abordagem, atendimento e qualificação de leads; ● Identificar melhorias, testar novas estratégias e garantir previsibilidade no pipeline comercial; ● Garantir organização, controle e registro das atividades em CRM.

● Experiência com gestão de times de vendas, pré-vendas ou call center (telemarketing); ● Capacidade de liderança, comunicação clara e perfil engajador; ● Linguagem simples, acessível e com boa conexão com equipes jovens; ● Vivência com métricas comerciais e indicadores de produtividade; ● Organização, visão estratégica e habilidade para colaborar com Marketing; ● Perfil dinâmico, ativo, energia alta e vontade de crescer.
