La nostra divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale cerca un/a PRODUCTION PLANNER per azienda cliente attiva nel settore della carpenteria metallica, con sede nell'hinterland nord-ovest di Milano.

La risorsa riporterà direttamente al Direttore di Produzione e si occuperà di pianificare e programmare la produzione, contribuendo a garantire un’organizzazione efficace dei flussi e delle attività produttive.

Il ruolo prevede un’interazione costante con le funzioni coinvolte nel processo produttivo e richiede capacità di coordinamento e di gestione delle priorità, pur non prevedendo riporti diretti.

RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Pianificazione e programmazione delle attività produttive;
  • Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento della produzione e delle attività pianificate;
  • Coordinamento delle informazioni necessarie alla corretta gestione del processo produttivo;
  • Gestione delle priorità e verifica della coerenza tra pianificazione e andamento della produzione;
  • Interfaccia con il Direttore di Produzione e con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte;
  • Utilizzo del gestionale SAM S3 di Centro Software per la gestione delle attività.

REQUISITI

  • Esperienza di 2-3 anni nell’ambito della pianificazione e programmazione della produzione;
  • Capacità di interfacciarsi efficacemente con interlocutori diversi;
  • Capacità organizzative e approccio pragmatico;
  • Autonomia nella gestione delle attività;
  • Capacità di lavorare per priorità.

Si prevede inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato, con un inquadramento al livello B1/B2 del CCNL Metalmeccanico e una RAL compresa tra 40.000 e 45.000 euro.

Sede di lavoro: hinterland nord-ovest di Milano.
