Als Account Manager verantwortest du mehrere unserer Markenpartnerschaften und entwickelst diese strategisch weiter. Du analysierst, wo Potenzial liegt, leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab und setzt diese gemeinsam mit deinen Partnern um.

Du behältst den Überblick über laufende Themen, priorisierst klar und treibst Dinge aktiv voran. Du baust Partnerschaften auf, die langfristig wachsen und für beide Seiten funktionieren.

Wir arbeiten eng im Team vor Ort in Münster. Der persönliche Austausch ist für uns zentral, deshalb entsteht der Großteil unserer Arbeit im Office. Mobiles Arbeiten ist an einem Tag pro Woche möglich.

Das treibst du voran:

  • Brand Partnership Ownership: Du entwickelst bestehende Markenpartnerschaften strategisch weiter, definierst gemeinsame Ziele und begleitest deren Umsetzung und Performance.
  • Analyse, Insights & Reporting: Du analysierst Daten und Entwicklungen, leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab und erstellst Reports, die als Grundlage für Entscheidungen und Wachstum dienen.
  • Relationship Management: Du baust und pflegst stabile Beziehungen zu Markenpartnern und stellst eine klare, transparente Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten sicher.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Teams und externen Partnern und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
  • Weiterentwicklung & Innovation: Du erkennst Trends und Potenziale frühzeitig und bringst aktiv Ideen ein, um Prozesse, Zusammenarbeit und Ergebnisse zu verbessern.
  • Automatisierung & Tools: Du nutzt digitale Tools und effiziente Workflows, um Abläufe zu optimieren, Daten aufzubereiten und wiederkehrende Aufgaben zu vereinfachen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit und steuerst mehrere Themen gleichzeitig strukturiert und sicher.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit CRM- und Projektmanagement-Tools, idealerweise HubSpot und Jira.
  • Du baust Beziehungen zu Markenpartnern auf Augenhöhe auf und kommunizierst klar und verbindlich.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, priorisierst sicher und bringst Themen eigenständig voran.
