Account Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Gewinnung neuer Firmenkunden durch zielgerichtete Marktansprache
  • Erkennen von Umsatzpotenzialen und konsequente Umsetzung in erfolgreiche Abschlüsse
  • Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen und Positionierung als der zentrale Ansprechperson für Recruiting- und Personallösungen
  • Souveräne Präsentation des Dienstleistungsportfolios im persönlichen, telefonischen und digitalen Austausch
  • Professionelle Beratung von Entscheidern zu Personalstrategien und idealen Besetzungswegen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting Team zur Auswahl der passenden Kandidaten für die von Ihnen generierten Vakanzen
  • Ganzheitliche Steuerung des Vermittlungsprozesses vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine andere artverwandte Qualifikation
  • Vertriebsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im B2B‑Sales oder in der Personaldienstleistung
  • Klarer Fokus auf Abschlüsse, Zielerreichung und aktiven Kundendialog
  • Selbstbewusstes Auftreten gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungssicherheit
  • Strukturierte, fokussierte und unternehmerisch geprägte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, Gestaltungsfreiheit und gleichzeitig hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
