Die Agentur für Markenführung von Familienunternehmen, DES WAHNSINNS FETTE BEUTE mit Standorten in Attendorn und Düsseldorf, schafft Wettbewerbsvorsprung über die Leistungsfelder Brand Identity, Brand Experience und Brand Activation.

Zur Unterstützung im Bereich Account / Beratung suchen wir einen engagierten Account Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Kreativagentur. In dieser Position bist Du verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden, die Entwicklung von kreativen Konzepten und die Koordination der Projekte. Du hast ein Gespür für Trends und bringst Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation, idealerweise in einer Agentur, mit.

  • Du betreust, berätst und entwickelst deine Kunden interdisziplinär
  • Du verantwortest das operative Projektmanagement und die Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen
  • Du erstellst Angebote, Terminpläne und Briefings und übernimmst in dem Zuge die kaufmännische Verantwortung auf deinen Kunden
  • Du initiierst Impulse und kreative Lösungen für deine Kunden
  • Du sorgst intern und extern für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen und kannst Teile davon eigenständig präsentieren

Deine Qualifikation

  • Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in der crossmedialen Beratung von Kunden (im Optimalfall im Agenturbereich)
  • Digitale Kanäle, Website- und Marketingautomations-Prozesse sind dir nicht fremd
  • Du hast Führungserfahrung und trägst Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Ergebnisse in dir
  • Du bist überzeugt von ganzheitlicher Markenführung (nach außen und innen)
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für die Sicherung von kaufmännischen Prozessen bis hin zum Job-Controlling
  • Du empfindest dich nicht als Schnittstelle/Einzelkämpfer sondern als Teil eines Teams
